The evaluation role is an inventory of all properties located within the territory of the municipality. This inventory identifies the properties, the owners and the true value of each property.
Evaluation roles in Quebec are determined for three years (triennial role). The triennial role of the Municipality of the Township of Gore for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019 was deposited on September 14th 2016. The assessments registered in this role reflect the real market values as of July 1st, 2015. These assessments will be used to calculate the municipal taxes for the three years of the triennial role.
The general public may view the municipal evaluations free of charge simply by clicking on the following link: Public Access

Any taxpayer can contest the entry on the evaluation role, but this can only be done during the first year of the triennial role. A form requesting a revision must be sent to the MRC d’Argenteuil’s evaluation department before May 1st, 2017. This restriction does not apply to objections to new evaluations subsequent to changes to the property.
To obtain the form for contesting your evaluation or for any other information concerning a request for revision, please contact the evaluation department of the MRC d’Argenteuil at 430, Grace street, Lachute (Quebec) J8H 1M6, or by phone at 450 562-2474.
