Municipal evaluation
The evaluation role is an inventory of all properties located within the territory of the municipality. This inventory identifies the properties, the owners and the true value of each property.
Evaluation roles in Quebec are determined for three years (triennial role). The triennial role of the Municipality of the Township of Gore for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025 was deposited on September 14th 2022. The assessments registered in this role reflect the real market values as of July 1st, 2023. These assessments will be used to calculate the municipal taxes for the three years of the triennial role.
The general public may view the municipal evaluations free of charge simply by clicking on the following link: Public Access

This restriction does not apply to objections to new evaluations subsequent to changes to the property.
